In the same moment you are losing money, there's a group of people who is making money by taking advantage of yourself.

Behind a Crisis there is always an opportunity.

 

So the whole point here is: you need to find YOUR way, and follow it up to the money. So you can get rich.

Is it fair we pay the crisis? What about the generation before ours?

If you are reading this, you are less than 50 years old and you think it’s unfair the crisis weight is all on your shoulders.

Let’s start from a simple fact: the crisis was created by the Baby Boomers.

 

Another simple fact: we are in the globalization period, so whoever can move from one country to another.

 

Now if we consider there are rich countries and poor countries and in the poor ones there are more taxes, depression and economic crisis.

Three factual elements. We add another element: the discontent of the young people who cannot find a job you got an explosive mix. Ask yourself a question many young people do: “If in Italy (or in Greece) I can’t find a job, I have many taxes because of the many mistakes by the governments of the past 60 years… why should I live here?

 

Isn’t better I move to a richer country like Germany?

 

This way of thinking, could be able to move masses of people from depressed areas that eventually can become desert.

The risk is some countries, the poorest ones, are at risk of depopulation. Here it’s not about a simple brain drain; it’s a mass escape.

From the italian restaurateur who finds his way to Germany to the professional nurse who easily finds a job in a country like Switzerland. Government officials should understand we must provide incentives to our people in order to stay where they live.

 

In order to do so they should work on development policies and major incentives for businesses so they can hire workers.

È giusto che paghiamo noi la crisi, che ha fatto la generazione prima della nostra?

Se, mentre leggi questo posti, hai una età inferiore ai 50 anni, e credi che sia ingiusto che la crisi gravi sulle tue spalle, significa che ti stai ponendo alcune domande e che riceverai alcune risposte .

Partiamo da un principio molto semplice. La crisi è stata generata dalla generazione dei Baby Boomers (la generazione dei nati dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale). 

Aggiungiamo un altro principio molto semplice. Siamo in un periodo di Globalizzazione, quindi trasferirsi in un altro Stato è semplice.

Se ora consideriamo che ci sono Paesi ricchi e Paesi poveri, e che quelli avranno più tasse, depressione e crisi economica.

Hai letto tre dati di fatto. Se ora aggiungiamo un altro ingrediente, il malcontento dei giovani che non trovano un lavoro, nasce una miscela esplosiva. E la miscela esplosiva risponde ad una domanda che un giovane si pone.

Prova anche tu a farti la domanda che tanti giovani si stanno facendo: “Se in Italia (o in Grecia) non trovo il posto di lavoro, ho tante tasse perché i governanti hanno fatto tanti errori… insomma, chi me lo fa fare di rimanere nel mio paese?

Non è meglio che mi trasferisca in un Paese ricco come la Germania?”.

Questo pensiero potrebbe far trasferire masse di persone da zone depresse che diventerebbero anche deserte. Si rischia quindi che certi Paesi, quelli più poveri, rischiano di svuotarsi dalle persone. E non è la fuga di cervelli; è una fuga generale. Dal ristoratore che trova fortuna in Germania, all’infermiere che trova posto di lavoro facilmente in Svizzera.
 

I governanti dovrebbero capire che bisogna incentivare le persone a rimanere dove vivono. E per fare questo dovrebbero creare delle politiche di sviluppo e incentivi alle assunzioni e alle imprese che assumono.

The historical moment: Crisis & Opportunity

If you are reading this it’s because you are wondering what the reason of this crisis could be. Well if this can be of any help I was wondering that too. And the answers I have found are simple but dramatic.

The economic policies that ruled the world till today have shown to be disastrous. This happened because finance take over the real economy. Banks stopped banking because their execs were only thinking to their multi-million dollar bonuses. Look at the emoluments of the big bankers in the decade before the crisis and look how those same banks went bankrupt.

 

Although the point is: who is going to pay for all this? That’s us.

 

The banks must be bailed out, governments save the banks, but they do it with our money and consequently the government is pushing us to pay more taxes. Honestly, do you think that’s fair? I don’t think so.

Let’s put our personal opinion aside, the real problem is those persons who caused this giant mess they’re still in office. And the worst is in this very moment those same people have been assigned to manage the emergency. All this happens at the height of their top pensions.

What then?

 

The certainty of a government that provides to your welfare doesn’t exist anymore. That’s reality: no more pensions, healthcare will become private, transportation fares will be more expensive, schools will have unmotivated teachers and a lack of safety will affect our streets.

However behind every crisis always lies a hidden opportunity.

 

So after a storm comes a calm and as an optimist guy i have asked myself a question: “How can I get out of this?” If you like to know the answer I have good news for you. You can break through this crisis as the solution is everyone should take care of him/herself by creating their own automatic income through which you can cover your expenses. So I am suggesting you to change your life philosophy.

 

You should work to create such big incomes thanks to which you won’t depend on your job nor from the government.

Il momento storico: la crisi e l’opportunità

Se stai leggendo questo blog, è perché, probabilmente, ti starai chiedendo il perché di questa crisi. Beh, se ti può far piacere anche io me lo sono chiesto. E le risposte che ho tovato, sono semplici ma drammatiche.

Le leggi economiche che governavano il mondo fino ad oggi, hanno dimostrato il loro fallimento. E questo è dovuto al fatto che la finanza ha preso il sopravvento sull’economia reale. Le banche hanno smesso di fare le banche perché i loro manager pensavano solo ai loro bonus milionari. Provate a guardare gli emolumenti dei principali banchieri nel decennio antecedente alla crisi, e guardate, ora, come sono crollati (o falliti) gli stessi istituti.

Ma il punto è: chi pagherà per tutto questo? Noi. Le banche devono essere salvate, gli Stati salvano le banche, ma lo fanno con i nostri soldi, e, pertanto, lo Stato ci invita a pagare più tasse. Onestamente, vi sembra giusto? A me no.

Ma a parte le opinioni personali, il problema vero, è che le persone che hanno causato la crisi, sono ancora lì. E, la cosa peggiore è che, proprio in questo momento, le stesse stanno gestendo l’emergenza. Il tutto dall’alto delle loro super pensioni.

E quale sarà la conseguenza? La sicurezza di uno Stato che pensava al tuo benessere non potrà più esistere. Questa è la realtà. Niente più pensioni, la sanità sarà a pagamento, i mezzi pubblici saranno più cari, le scuole avranno insegnanti demotivati, ci sarà mancanza di sicurezza nelle strade…

Però dietro ad una crisi c’è sempre una opportunità. Dopo un temporale torna sempre il sereno e, da ottimista che sono, mi sono fatto una domanda: "Come posso venirne fuori?". E, se vuoi saperlo, posso darti una buona notizia. Puoi venirne fuori. La soluzione è che ognuno provveda a se stesso, creandosi delle rendite automatiche con cui sostenere le spese.

Quindi, ti suggerisco di cambiare filosofia di vita. Lavora per crearti delle rendite così grandi, grazie a cui non dipendi più dal tuo lavoro o dallo Stato. Diventa libero. Ma ti suggerisco di iniziare adesso perché, se no, potrebbe essere troppo tardi.
